Finding the hotel was quite frustrating as the sign was partially blocked by a tree, making it hard to locate. The room itself was dated, with a very hard bed that failed to provide comfort. Additionally, we faced some inconveniences like a lack of coffee/tea facilities, forcing us to request boiling water from the staff regularly.

We had to book last min and it turned out great! Friendly staff made check-in a breeze. The room was comfy with nice beds. We loved chilling by the pool. Breakfast was decent, especially the fresh juices! The location is super close to Chania and has some shops nearby. Just a bit cramped in the bathroom.

i was really lookin forward to my stay, but it was ruined by the noisy air-conditioning that made sleep impossible, absolutely horrid. and with a hard bed and lame shower curtain, i expected at least a complimentary room upgrade but they obviously don't care. i almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.
